I have been reading my drivers manual because I am preparing for drivers license test. There are two different tests which are to be taken to get the license.One is driving practice test and the other is knowledge test. We have to pass Knowledge test first and then go for the driving test.

According to the US law if you are under 18 years of age and you fail the drive test, you must wait 28 days after each failure before taking the test. If you are 18 or older and you fail the test then you must wait seven days before taking the test. If you fail the second time, have to wait for 14 days before the third test. And from then on you have to wait for 28 days each time you fail. Finally if you fail the fifth time have to wait for one year before taking another test.
